Throughout his own playing career and now as a leader in the soccer community, Doug has witnessed firsthand how soccer brings people together, creating a sense of unity and shared purpose.

As an introvert by nature, being involved in the world of soccer has allowed him to step out of his comfort zone and discover new dimensions of leadership, teamwork, and being a role model.
